2 Corinthians 5:7

Paul wrote 2 Corinthians at a vulnerable time in his life. He had learned that the church in Corinth was struggling and he sought to take action in order to preserve the Christian believers there. He is encouraging them to carry on trusting in Jesus. He's saying that he 'walks by faith' - meaning that he does everything by faith, by trusting in Jesus. Even when things seem to be going badly, we are encouraged to keep on trusting in him, and he will be with us. This is applicable in our own lives - especially now. Things don't always go well, they sometimes change - but God never changes, and he is always with us. Lucy
