The best answer

Can you imagine what it'd be like, if one day, you were sitting on the sofa, watching TV, when the news came on? On the news, it said that one country in the world has discovered a vaccine to this dreadful coronavirus. Imagine that! Everyone would be so excited, they'd be thrilled, they'd be so happy that these infection rates and this virus would finally be finished, and that we can finally go back to our normal lives. 

But then, after a few more moments of watching on the news, you hear that the country with a vaccine is refusing to share it with any other country but their own. They won't let people have the answer to this horrible virus. They're happy to vaccinate their own country, but leave everyone else with the dreadful virus. How selfish would that be? They have the answer to this virus, but won't help others by sharing it.

Well, what if I told you that I have the answer to a bigger problem, a worse problem that coronavirus. And if you are reading this and trusting in Jesus, then you too have this same answer. And, it's the answer to our sin. The answer to our sin is Jesus. 

So, if you're reading this now, and trusting in Jesus, then you also have the answer to sin. But, are you going to share this answer with everyone you meet, tell them the good news of Jesus as well? Or, are you going to be like the country that has a vaccine, but is too selfish to share it with other people? 

If you're not trusting in Jesus, then I urge you to find out more. You could ask one of your friends who's a Christian, you could go along to their Church one week. But remember, Jesus really is the best answer. Lucy
